Where can I buy Lemon & Beaker products?

You can find and purchase products from this website or from our stockists.

Can I buy Lemon & Beaker products outside New Zealand?

Yes, you can find our overseas stockists from our Stockists page. You could purchase from our website or international online stores in Australia, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, the USA, UAE and Europe.

How can I try your samples?

Please contact us if you want sample sachets (we currently have two samples, Brightening Cream and Lemon Cleanser), and we will charge you the courier costs depending on where you want them to be delivered to. Check our Contact us page.

What kind of online payment options do you have?

We use Afterpay, Paypal and Shopify payments that are safe and easy to process online orders. You can use your credit cards on these payment options, and we use secure transaction system on our website. Please note that do not dispatch the products until the payments are cleared.

Where do you ship from?

Most of the time we ship from Auckland, New Zealand if you order from this website but there are international online stores where they dispatch the products from their local distributor. Please contact them if you want to find it out.

Which shipping company do you use?

We use Aramex within New Zealand and DHL for any international and outside New Zealand orders when you order from this website. We can deliver our products to most of countries in the globe, but the costs are different so please check your delivery costs at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Time to time, we offer free shipping to specific destinations and when your shopping cart reaches the certain amount. Please check our shipping offers on our website.

What happens if I don’t like the products, or the products are broken?

If you received damaged products, please contact us immediately with an image of the product. Once the shipping company and our brand confirms on the damage, we will arrange a replacement.

 

 

Lemon & Beaker Product Information

How do we know your products are natural?

More than 98% ingredients are from natural source in our products, and we use no artificial colours, fragrance and additives. Our crystal and oil colours and fragrances are all from essential oils and plants.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes, we are certified by PETA organization. You can check it on their website here.

Where are your products formulated and made?

All our products are formulated and designed in Auckland, New Zealand. Most of our range are made in New Zealand. Our Brightening Sheet Masks are made in South Korea but the formulation and designed in New Zealand.

What is the shelf life of your products?

All our products have three-year shelf life. If you want to know your product’s best before date, please contact us with the batch number on the product.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

In general, Jasmine, Rose and Lemon Essential oils are regarded as safe essential oils, but we ask women to take precautions when using our products during pregnancy and breastfeeding as we have high concentration of essential oils instead of artificial fragrance. However, we highly recommend using the products after pregnancy as essential oils are great for nourishing the skin.

What ingredients are you not adding to your products?

We commit to ourselves and to our customers that we do not add artificial fragrance, artificial colours, synthetic chemicals, toxins, fillers, silicones, mineral oils, parabens, sulphates, and formaldehyde. We always try our best to use the safe grade ingredients from EWG (Environmental Working Group) standard, however, the safe rating changes over time.

Where do you source your ingredients and packaging? We are proud to use New Zealand’s botanical ingredients and we also source natural ingredients from overseas through a local partners and suppliers. We import our glass bottles from a factory in South Korea where they make glass bottles for big labels to ensure the quality of our packaging.

How do you define clean and sustainable packaging? We are relentlessly researching and developing the most reliable and sustainable packaging for our products. We are using minimum plastic on our pumps, lids and caps but we make sure the majority part of our packaging is non-plastic material, such as glass pots & bottles and paper.

 

 

Skincare and my skin

Do I need to patch test the products before I use them?

If you have sensitive skin or if you have proven to be sensitive to essential oils or some ingredients in our products, we highly recommend you test the products on your arm or neck area before using on your face. If you have a trouble, please stop using it and if you have already used it on your face and had a reaction, please seek a medical practitioner to give you a medical advice.

Are vitamins good for my skin?

Different vitamins work differently, and they are quite effective on your skin to improve your skin condition. Vitamin B3, Niacinamide, is a great active ingredient on uneven and dull skin to brighten and improve skin tone. Vitamin C help to diminish the pigmentation and dark circles around the eyes and rejuvenates the skin. Retinol, Vitamin A is well known to be anti-aging ingredient that nourishes the skin and reduce the signs of wrinkles.

Are Lemon & Beaker safe for sensitive skin?

Many customers with sensitive skin have given us feedback that they are happy with the products, however, we highly recommend people to do patch test beforehand if you have sensitive skin.

Are they good for acne-prone skin?

We recommend our Lemon range, Vitamin C Serum with Lemon Essential Oil and Foaming Deep Cleanser with Lemon Essential Oil if you have acne-prone skin. These two products are suitable and favored by all age group and both women and men.

Is Essential Oil good in skincare?

High standard essential oils wonderfully work on your skin than any other synthetic active ingredient, and that is why we focus on different essential oil lines for different skin types. There are a lot of clinical studies how essential oils such as lemon and rose have improved people’s skin problems and conditions.
